At Kings Of Indigo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sustainable denim and apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
